• Book a consultation through Calendly (name, email address, contact information).
• Contact us via WhatsApp or email (contact details and message content).
• Visit our website (usage data, IP address, browser type — via Google Analytics 4 and Microsoft Clarity).

3. Purpose of Processing

• Managing expedition enquiries and bookings.
• Sending information about requested services.
• Improving the website experience through usage analytics.

4. Legal Basis

Processing is based on user consent, the performance of a mountain guide services contract, or legitimate interest in service improvement. EU residents have additional rights under the GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation). US residents in California have rights under CCPA. Brazilian residents have rights under LGPD.

5. Analytics Tools

Google Analytics 4: Collects anonymised usage data to understand visitor behaviour. Data is stored on Google servers. You can opt out by installing the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on.

Microsoft Clarity: Records anonymised heatmaps and user sessions to improve site usability.

Calendly: Third-party scheduling platform. Its use is subject to Calendly's Privacy Policy.

This site uses technical and analytics cookies. Analytics cookies (GA4, Clarity) are activated when you browse the site. You can manage cookies through your browser settings.
